1. Introduction


Please read this information carefully, as it contains important details about our policies that may apply to you.

2. Customer Satisfaction
At NLH Collection, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products 100% and believe in working together with our clients to make every purchase a positive experience. Our products are carefully inspected by our fulfillment department before they leave our location. Due to the nature of our products, and because each piece comes from a separate donor, we cannot guarantee exact hair color or texture.

3. Payment Terms


- All payment terms are 100% upfront. As soon as you place an order online, your credit card will be charged.
- We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise. Any fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
- Must be 18 years or older to place an order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

 

4. Texture Disclaimer
- Virgin human hair is unique, and no two pieces of hair are exactly alike. Our pictures are meant to give you a good idea of the textures available. There will be some variation between our pictures and the hair you receive. This is unavoidable and expected.

 

5. Color Disclaimer
- We only supply unprocessed virgin hair, which comes in natural shades of 1B (Off Black/Natural Dark Brown). If you choose to color the hair, it can hold permanent, semi-permanent, and other treatments beautifully. Please consult a professional for any chemical changes, as the product is your investment.
- We are not responsible for any damage that occurs due to chemical services. Coloring, lifting, or dyeing the hair may affect its original texture. Refunds and/or exchanges will NOT be issued for dissatisfaction with texture or color! ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

 

6. Pricing
- The pricing listed on the website at the time of checkout is the only price that will be honored. All prices are subject to change. Once an order is placed, you cannot redeem the sale price of any sales announced after your order was placed.
- Coupon codes cannot be applied to any pending, existing, or shipped orders. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

 

7. Sales/Discount Codes/Coupons
- Personal discount codes (separate from sale codes) can only be used on regularly priced items. You cannot apply discount codes to sale items. If a code is provided by NLH Collection for a sale, it can be used on all items. No discounts or coupon codes will be applied to existing orders.

 

8. Online Store Policy
- Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please ensure that all address information on your order is accurate.
- Your order will be shipped via PostNL to the address you provide. If there is an address correction needed after shipment, you will be charged the fee that PostNL charges us to make the correction. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS! ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

 

9. Order Processing
- We do not operate on weekends. Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following Monday morning, unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the timeframe selected at checkout. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

 

10. Shipping Timeframes
- We have a standard 48-72 hour processing time prior to shipment of all orders. This processing timeframe may change due to sales or holidays. Please review our shipping methods for estimated delivery times.
- NO SHIPMENT WILL TAKE PLACE ON WEEKENDS NOR HOLIDAYS.

 

11. International Orders
- An additional customs fee may be requested by the postal service upon delivery. NLH Collection is not liable for calculating or charging customers for these fees, as we have no control over them. Customers are responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED, ABANDONED, OR DISPOSED PACKAGES! ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

 

12. Delivery Confirmation
- NLH Collection requires a signature upon delivery for all shipments. Any shipments exceeding €230 will be sent via Restricted Delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery, your package will be held at your local post office for pick-up for up to two weeks before being returned to sender.

 

13. Shipping Delays
- We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please allow enough time for unanticipated delays. If your package is delayed, we will not offer reimbursement of shipping charges.

 

14. Lost Shipments
- If you have tracked your package via PostNL.nl and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or if it has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will need to initiate a trace/investigation with the responsible shipping service for your package. This investigation can take up to 7-10 business days. It is not guaranteed that the carrier will locate or retrieve your package. If your claim is resolved, we will contact you to offer reshipment or a refund. If the claim is not resolved by the carrier, we will not be able to guarantee those options.

15. No Return/Refund Policy


- At NLH Collection, we maintain a high level of quality assurance by thoroughly inspecting every product before shipping. Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances unless it is determined that NLH Collection is at fault.

 

16. Exchanges
- NLH Collection may consider exchanges at its sole discretion under the following conditions:
- Requests must be made within 3 business days of receiving the product(s).
- Customers are allowed one exchange per order if eligible.
- Any exchange requested after 3 business days of receiving the product will not be honored.
- We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (washed, brushed, combed, or cut) in any way.
- Products must be returned in their original and resalable condition for hygiene reasons.
- The item must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

 

17. Installing and Washing Instructions
- Shampoo and condition your virgin hair extensions prior to installing.
- Wash in warm water. When washing your hair extensions, do not massage or twist the hair.
- Apply a generous amount of conditioner but do not apply conditioner to areas where the extensions are attached.
- After washing, allow the hair to air dry (do not roll or rub hair into a towel).
- For a full look, 3 bundles are needed, depending on the desired fullness. For styles 18 inches and longer, 3-4 bundles are recommended.

18. Black Friday Sale Information
- Our Black Friday sale takes place from November 24 to November 29. We want to ensure that everyone receives their hair on time, especially with the holidays approaching and the expected increase in package delivery.
- To allow our supplier the necessary time for your order and to ensure you receive your order in time for the Christmas holidays, we ask that you place your orders no later than December 4.
- Please note that due to the holiday rush, delivery times may be longer than usual. Orders placed after December 4 cannot be guaranteed for delivery before the holidays.

19. Policy Changes
- NLH Collection reserves the right to make changes to prices, policies, and procedures at our discretion. Please check this page periodically for updates.

20. Trademarks and Copyright
- NLH Collection does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available or the provision of services and support. NLH Collection will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein.
- Images displayed on the NLH Collection site are either the property of, or used with permission by, NLH Collection. Unauthorized use of these images is prohibited unless expressly permitted in the Terms of Use or elsewhere on the NLH Collection site.

21. Submissions
- With the exception of your personal information, any communication or material you send to the NLH Collection site, electronically or otherwise, including but not limited to data, questions, comments, suggestions, or submissions, will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Such communications may be used by NLH Collection for any purpose, including modification, reproduction, transmission, disclosure, publication, broadcast, and posting.
